Crockpot lunch
MEXICO — A crockpot classics lunch will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 11, at Franklin Savings Bank, 20 Main St. A hot dog barbecue lunch will also be held at the Rumford Branch, 155 Congress St.
Benjamin the Bear will make a special appearance. The cost is $5. Proceeds benefit Relay For Life.
Plant sale in Canton
CANTON — The Canton Parks and Trails Committee is sponsoring a plant sale
from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 26 and 27, at the Canton Heritage Park, Route 108.
Anyone who would like to donate plants or plant pots for the sale is asked to call
Tom at 597-2168 or Becky at 597-2323.
Class to meet
MEXICO — Stephens High School Class of 1948 will meet Thursday, May 17, at the Chicken Coop. For more information, call Simonne at 364-3801.
