Students in Mrs. Henry's third- and fourth-grade class at Oxford Hills Christian Academy recently completed a unit on Native American houses. Reports on various types of homes included tipis, long houses and wigwams. The houses were on display for all other grades to see, and parents viewed them during parent/teacher conferences on Nov. 16. The students all learned new information during their project and furthered their understanding of American history. In this photo Maggie Wheeler and Isaac Roy show off their finished products with pride.
