'Memories of Sunday Drives'

Captive Elements Art House will host an opening reception for its newest collection Saturday, Feb. 4. Featured will be works by Great Lakes area photographer and acrylic painter Wendy Little, David Hill and eight Captive Elements artists. On a quest to capture disappearing parts of American history, Hill is photographing junked antique vehicles, out-of-business service stations and decaying remnants in corner lots and overgrown fields. His photograph, above, is titled "Memories of Sunday Drives." Music at the open house, from 6 to 9 p.m., will be performed by Chris Cathode, and Revelations Massage will be on hand with relaxation services.The exhibit will be on display through March 22 at the gallery at 223 Lisbon St., Lewiston.
