Christian Morgan, 29, was arrested Wednesday night on a felony charge of stalking, Sheriff's Department Lt. Niles Yeaton said Thursday. The charge was elevated from a misdemeanor because of past domestic violence convictions, Yeaton said.

Morgan was being held without bail at the Franklin County jail in Farmington until he goes before a judge. He and the woman had a prior relationship and she told police that she had told Morgan to leave her alone, Yeaton said.
