Crime definitions have changed and expanded over time, Assistant District Attorney James Andrews, far right, said during a forum on crime in Franklin County held Tuesday night at the University of Maine at Farmington. Other members on the panel, from left, were Farmington police Chief Jack Peck, Maine State Police Detective Randall Keaten, psychiatrist Dr. Art Dingley and Assistant District Attorney Andrew Robinson.
