JAY — A second man was arrested Thursday night and charged with breaking tinto a barn on East Dixfield Road this week.
Officer Michael Mejia arrested Joshua Peaslee, 25, of Jay on charges of felony burglary, misdemeanor theft and violation of condition of release, police Chief Larry White Sr. said.
Jeston L. Davis, 20, also of Jay, was arrested Wednesday night on charges of burglary and theft in the same incident.
A Geiger counter, tools and gun clips valued at more than $1,000 were taken, White said Thursday.
Police expect one more arrest will be made, White said.
The incident remains under investigation.
