FARMINGTON — The Living Waters Church will hold a “trunk or treat” event from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at the church on Wilton Road.
The idea is to help make Halloween safe for children. People are asked to decorate the trunks of their cars and go to the church. There they will receive candy. There will be refreshments. The event is free and open to the public.
