Christian Morgan, 29, Jay, illegal attachment of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, Oct. 12, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance Nov. 29, Wilton Police Department.
Joseph Gephart, 18, Wilton, false public alarm or report, Oct. 12, $3,000 unsecured bail, court appearance Nov. 29, Wilton Police Department.
Patrick Sweeny, 56, Newport, R.I., driving under the influence, Oct. 13, $500 cash, court appearance Nov. 29, Jay Police Department.
Charles S. Wingfield, 57, New Sharon, driving after suspension, Oct. 14, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance Nov. 29, Farmington Police Department.
James Hodges, 40, Industry, assault, no bail listed, Maine State Police.
