Spruce Mountain Lego teams take home awards

JAY – Five teams from Spruce Mountain Middle School competed Saturday at the FIRST Lego League Championship in Augusta, taking home two team awards.

Good Afternoon, My Name is Russell took the first place award for research project, earning scores of "Exemplary" for every criterion on the research project score sheet.

Austin Gilboe earned the individual "Rules Ace" award for his score on a test which covered all the rules of the robotics competition.
