FARMINGTON — The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:
* Jessica E. Collins, 33, Kingfield, failure to pay fines, fees, Jan. 30, bail $780 on payment plan, Franklin County Sheriff's Department.
* Russell L. Copp, 32, Jay, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Act, Jan. 30, no bail listed, Jay Police Department.
* Ronnie D. Fetterhoff, 51, East Dixfield, driving under the influence, Feb. 1, $500 unsecured bail, court appearance Feb. 21, Wilton Police Department.
* William St. Pierre, 42, Farmington, domestic violence assault, Feb. 1, no bail listed, Farmington Police Department.
