LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Henry Chasse was celebrated by the Reverend Nathan March Saturday afternoon at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.
During Mass the New Testament reading was proclaimed by Henry's granddaughter Karen Hughes. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by his granddaughters Karen Hughes, Kimberly Chasse, Vicki Holland and Laura Tardif. Words of remembrance were shared by his grandaughters Viki Holland and Laura Tardif. The pallbearers were Steven Hughes, Lee Holland, Jonathan Rupert, Michael McGraw, Normand Roy and Daniel Chasse.
Committal with military honors will be held privately at the Maine Veteran's Cemetery in Augusta. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston.
