DIXFIELD — Funeral services for Jake Troy Pomeroy of Dixfield were held Sunday from the Dixfield Congregational Church with the Rev. John Gensel officiating. Special music included “Imagine,” “Simple Man” and “Well, It’s All Right.” Speakers included Dan O’Rourke, speaking words written by Troy Pomeroy (parent); Diane Connolly (friend); Morgan Palmer (sister); Keith Gaudet, Matt Carter, Ryan Woods (friends) ; Kylie Palmer (sister), Shelby Osgood (girl friend), Britni Decker (cousin), the Rev. Gensel and Mike Palmer (parent). Pallbearers were Brian Woods, Brandon Demers, Nicholas Demers, Derrick Pomeroy, Matthew Carter and Keith Gaudet. Following services, a reception was held in the church vestry, hosted by friends of the family. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center: Cremation Service and Funeral Home.
