Myra Crosby

MEXICO — Funeral services for Myra Crosby were held Saturday from the Mexico Congregational Church, UCC, with Pastor Izzie Radford Nash and the Rev. John Gensel, co-officiating. The opening hymn was “In the Garden” with scripture readings of Eccl. 3: 1-8, 14 by Bonnie Ashworth and 1 Cor. 13 by Roland Arsenault. Kelsey Arsenault provided special music and Roland Arsenault offered the gospel reading of John 14: 1-7. “The Old Rugged Cross” was featured before the euology which was given by the Rev. Gensel, followed by personal memories by the congregation. Psalm 23 was recited in unison with the commendation and reading of the Lord’s prayer in unison, led by Pastor Nash. “Amazing Grace” was the closing hymn. Following services, a reception was held at the Arsenault home on the Backkingdom Road. Interment will be in the spring at Farrington-Morton Cemetery. Services were cared for and provided by the Wiles Remembrance Center of Dixfield.
