M. Ashburn: In recognition of Mark Paradis

I thank the Lewiston City Council for recognizing Mark Paradis' contributions and dedication to the city by naming a park in his honor.

Mark was my friend and neighbor and I miss our daily conversations. He truly loved his family, his dog "Chief," and the city of Lewiston.

Max Ashburn, Lewiston

P.S. I hope that, up there in heaven, Mark has forgiven me for not returning his hammer.

Mark Paradis

I was Surprised to read something from Max Ashburn. I say that because I have heard or seen Niether Hide nor Hair of this Fine Person.

Well Said Max and while I'm writing Mr Ashburn when he was a member of lewiston's Finest.

He was a Standup Policeman and later when employed at CMMC in the Capacity of Director of Security he served everyone well with Honesty and a professional manner.

In regards to Mr Paradis he was indeed a fine person who always had the best Interest of the City of Lewiston Citizens at Heart.
I Applaud those who had the Fore sight to placehis name under such a Worthy Location.
