What is happening to the fine city of Lewiston? Years ago, former Mayor Larry Raymond was right about immigrants and more immigrants coming to Lewiston.
The city has had more than enough.
Now, some people are against Mayor Robert Macdonald for what he said recently. Well, I am not. He was right.
At least the French Canadians, and others back in the day, worked very hard and gave much to the city. The state and the city didn't give them much, even if it was needed.
I am tired of hearing about recent immigrants.
It is time for the people of Lewiston to stand up for Mayor Macdonald, and Gov. Paul LePage, as well. I won't listen to people who are against the mayor.
