American citizens should be up in arms that it cost $4.8 billion to run Congress in 2012.

Maybe Congress should start budget reduction in its own part of the government.

It is also outrageous that the president of the United States travel all over the country on the taxpayers' dollar to sell his programs like a snake oil salesman.

Maybe the time has come when we should have one congressman and one senator from each state. Also that they work five days a week and not three.

There is no doubt about it: we have a totally irresponsible government.
