Components of the act, which was recently upheld by a U.S. Supreme Court ruling, went into effect Wednesday, Aug. 1. The act includes eight free preventive health services for women, including breastfeeding support and domestic violence screening and counseling. “These changes are long overdue for women and their families," Dill said. "It’s a law that works for working Americans, one I will fiercely protect from attacks as a U.S. senator." Dill is seeking the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine. Also in the race is Maine Secretary of State Charlie Summers, a Republican, and former Maine Gov. Angus King, an independent.

What I find laughable is Lewistons Maggie Craven attempting to portray herself as a Politician of Substance,The Party did not surprise me at all when they decided on Dill instead of Matt Dunlap.
I think that he would have been a stronger Candidate. It also seems that the Mask has finally Fallen off to reveal that the Maine Democratic party is so in a state of Disaray that not even a Visit from the 'Geman Shepherd in Rome the Pontiff as some referr to him could help these Pointed Heads
