Richard Gammon, seated, receives a plaque from Richard Whiting, executive director of the Auburn Housing Authority, for his significant contributions as a commissioner to Auburn Housing Authority from 2002 to 2012. Chairman of the Board Arthur Wing also thanked Gammon for his service and recognized his expertise in the important areas of weatherization and energy efficiency, which greatly benefited Auburn Housing Authority and its residents.
