* Tera A. Goddard, 33, of 16 Scotty Lane, Litchfield, on two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 2:30 a.m. Friday at 698 Main St.
Auburn
* Terrill Jermaine Keefer, 28, of 3113 W. Fifth Ave., Chicago, on a charge of domestic violence assault, 7:29 p.m. Thursday at 1813 Washington St.
Androscoggin County
* Daniel Bilier, 51, of 117 Cobbossee Road, Monmouth, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving without a license, 7:19 p.m. Thursday on Route 202 in Greene.
