David Wolfe of Lisbon Falls helps Manny Pantiere, 7, and his mother, Tiffany Whitaker, of Lewiston pick out a children's book at the River Valley Village Caleb Community Center in Lewiston on Thursday. Wolfe, service coordinator for The Caleb Group, teamed up with Lewiston Public Library children's librarian David Moorhead to distribute books to children who live in the village, an affordable-housing community. Moorhead bought 170 books with a $500 grant from the Central Maine Federal Credit Union. Books were divided up between River Valley and Hillview Apartments.
