* William Hines, 25, of 6 Harris St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 1:40 a.m. Thursday on Minot Avenue.
Androscoggin County
* Nathan Doyon, 30, of 720 Federal Road, Livermore, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department on charges of domestic assault and violating conditions of release, 6:36 a.m. Thursday at that address.
* Chelsey Banville, 20, of 4 Brown Road, Poland, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department on a warrant, 2:10 p.m. Wednesday at that address.
