When Katherine Murphy needed to pick up her daughter Amelia, 5, middle, from drama lessons at Cumston Hall in Monmouth on Monday evening, she decided to take her horse and her student at Blazing Star Stables just down the road where she lives. Murphy and her student Danielle Parker of Monmouth, rear, were riding Quarter Horses, while Amelia rode their 13-year-old Paint Pony down Main Street for the first time.
