Carbonite recently migrated its customer service center from India to Maine and employs more than 220 people at the Lewiston office. "I hope Carbonite's experience will encourage other companies to look at their outsourcing and help bring back jobs to places like the great state of Maine," Collins said. Carbonite is an online data backup service for individuals and small and medium businesses.
