TURNER — The town will celebrate its fifth annual Christmas Tree Lighting at the Town Office on Monday.
The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. in the Town Office parking lot, including snacks from area businesses and cider from Turner-based Ricker Hill Orchards. The fun will conclude with a visit from Santa Claus, who will have a firetruck full of gifts for children on the “nice list,” according to town officials.
After the festivities, the Board of Selectmen will hold its regular meeting.
