Leopold Soucy has shoveled snow from the front of his apartment on Walnut Street in Lewiston since 1963, 10 of those years with Pup, his chihuahua-poodle mix. Soucy was not happy with having to shovel again Tuesday after the city sidewalk cleaner came by and "made a mess!" he said.
