LEWISTON — Robert L. Koss, 54, of Lewiston, who was listed in the Sun Journal's police log on Page B2 of Thursday's City edition, was mistakenly arrested Wednesday on a warrant that had been purged several years ago in Florida. Court officials said Koss had complied with the 2004 court order, but officials in Florida failed to notify their counterparts in Maine. After the matter was clarified on Wednesday, an 8th District Court judge ruled that Koss should be released immediately.
