Michelle L. Deschenes, 30, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 5, offense committed, fined $300.
William Deschenes Jr., 35, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 29, found guilty, 20 hours of community service.
William Deschenes Jr., 35, Lewiston, obstructing report of crime, domestic violence assault, two counts of criminal mischief on June 17, sent to jury trial.
Lisa Dewitt, 40, Durham, failure to register vehicle on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.
Lloyd Dinwiddie, 37, Lisbon, criminal trespassing on May 14, found guilty, fined $75.
Calvin A. Dixon, 28, Auburn, hindering apprehension or prosecution, violating condition of release on July 17, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to two days for each.
Keith E. Doyon, 35, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 25, sent to jury trial.
Keith E. Doyon, 35, Lewiston, terrorizing on May 24, sent to jury trial.
Keith E. Doyon, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on July 19, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
Dino J. Drinkwater, 43, Auburn, domestic violence assault on May 8, sent to jury trial.
Angela Ducharme, 34, Auburn, violating condition of release on July 2, found guilty, sentenced to five days.
Virginia J. Dufresne, 32, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle on Dec. 18, 2011, filed with no cost.
Normand A. Dumont Jr., 43, Biddeford, failure to provide correct name, address, date of birth, operating under the influence-no test, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, violating condition of release, refusing to sign criminal summons on July 10, found guilty, sentenced to two days for first and fourth charges; fined $600, sentenced to eight days, license suspended 90 days for second charge; fined $500 for third charge, fifth charge dismissed.
Crystal Michelle Dunlop, 30, Lisbon Falls, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place on June 23, found guilty, fined $75.
James A. Dunlop Jr., 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery on April 27, found guilty, sentenced to seven days for first and second charges, restitution of $30 for first charge.
Amanda L. Dwyer, 20, Buckfield, attaching false plates on Feb. 25, dismissed.
Esther Louise Dyer, 26, Hebron, harassment on Aug. 3, 2008, found guilty, fined $75.
Andrew Valdez Easter, 32, Raymond, operating under the influence-no test-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, violating condition of release on July 21, second charge dismissed, found guilty on first and third charges, fined $900, sentenced to 14 days, license suspended three years, registration suspended for first charge; sentenced to two days for third charge.
Dale A. Eldridge, 39, Lewiston, criminal trespassing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 3, found guilty, fined $300 for each-$300 suspended for second charge, sentenced to 10 days for each.
Rachel M. Emond, 21, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, found guilty, fined $100.
Kayla A. Englehaupt, 23, Lewiston, failure to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing on April 13, 2010, dismissed.
Loren G. Erickson, 45, Kenyon, Minn., rule violation, duty status not current on April 11, found guilty, fined $250.
John Files, 35, Poland, operating under the influence on June 3, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.
Dorothy H. Francisco, 48, Otisfield, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on May 12, sent to jury trial.
Kourtney L. Francoeur, 19, Monmouth, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on June 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Felipe L. Garcia, 44, North Turner, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on April 4, found guilty, fined $250.
Silva Julio E. Garcia, 31, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 9, found guilty, fined $250.
Melinda Bard Gervais, 33, Raymond, operating vehicle without license on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $100.
Matthew J. Giguere, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 6, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days.
Joseph Gilbert, 23, Sabattus, attaching false plates on May 1, found guilty, fined $150.
