AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:
Brian Magnin, 33, Portland, cultivating marijuana, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 2, 2009, fined $6,000, sentenced to three years-all but six months suspended, probation two years, 400 hours community service for first charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to three years-all but six months suspended, probation two years, 400 hours community service for second charge.
Kon W. Maiwan, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 17, dismissed.
William Maiwan, 20, Lewiston, reckless conduct on March 23, 2011, dismissed.
Kayla Marin, 18, Sabattus, burglary on Feb. 7, dismissed.
Gary Marsella, 53, Turner, operating under the influence on April 9, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to four days, license suspended four days.
Wilson Martinez, 28, Brooklyn, N.Y., criminal forfeiture of property, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 2, first charge forfeited, found guilty, on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to 224 days.
Alan Scott Mason Jr., 35, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 13, 2007, burglary on Sept. 9, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 120 days, probation partially revoked and continued for each.

Carey L. Mathis, 46, Lewiston, two counts of assault on June 19, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 14 months, probation partially revoked for each.
Julie E. Maxim, 33, Norway, two counts of unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Dec. 12, 2011, found guilty, fined $200 for first charge; sentenced to 30 days-all suspended, administrative release one year, restitution of $120, 25 hours community service each for first and second charges, third charge dismissed.
Ryan McAteer, 19, Tewksbury, Mass., terrorizing, assault on Sept. 13, 2011, dismissed.
Benjamin McGray, 25, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 16, filed with cost of $100.
Joshua I. McKay, 24, Auburn, aggravated driving to endanger on Jan. 14, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 14 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Ervin Melanson, 22, Lisbon Falls, failing to stop for officer on May 15, dismissed.
Daniel J. Mellen, 37, Leeds, driving to endanger on March 1, operating under the influence-no test-one prior on March 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, license suspended 30 days, second charge dismissed.
William H. Mellish, 34, Sabattus, domestic violence assault on Jan. 8, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to two days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Lucas C. Messer, 28, Lewiston, robbery on July 7, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to six years-all but 18 months suspended, probation three years, restitution of $310.
Gregory Robert Michaud, 29, Lewiston, burglary on Oct. 15, 2010, dismissed.
Joshua Michaud, 21, Mechanic Falls, arson on July 19, 2010, sentenced to six years-all suspended, probation four years, restitution of $16,000.
Lori Michaud, 42, Lisbon, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct-fighting on Aug. 5, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.
Paul R. Michaud, 55, Peabody, Mass., operating under the influence, operating after suspension on June 20, 2003, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,500, license suspended 90 days, second charge dismissed.
Edward J. Miller, 43, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 18, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to nine months one day.
Justin E. Moody, 30, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Oct. 12, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days for each.
Justin E. Moody, 30, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property on Dec. 1, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days.
Thomas G. Morin, 49, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 22, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to nine months, probation partially revoked and continued.
Valerie Morrison, 36, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 23, 2010, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four years-all but 52 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $300, 100 hours community service.
Diana L. Moynihan-Stevens, 38, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 29, 2005, sentenced to five years-all but 18 months suspended, probation three years, restitution of $96,434.80, 15 hours community service.
Gary A. Mulherin, 48, Wales, criminal threatening on June 11, filed with no cost.
Stephan V. Myers, 26, Brockton, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, illegal possession of firearm, operating vehicle without license, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, carrying concealed weapon on July 23, 2008, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400 for first charge; sentenced to 68 days each for first and second charges, all other charges dismissed.
Eva L. Noddin, 44, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 26, 2011, found guilty, unconditional discharge.
John E. Nutter, 38, Lewiston, domestic violence assault-priors on July 15, dismissed.
John O'Brien, 22, New Gloucester, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 22, found guilty, on first charge, sentenced to three years-all but 36 days suspended, probation two years, second charge dismissed.
