AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Ryen O'Connor, 24, Bridgton, reckless conduct, domestic violence assault on Oct. 20, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, second charge dismissed.

Kenneth K. Ouellette, 43, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on June 10, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 23 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Francis Pacheco, 49, Lewiston, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault-priors on April 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years-all but nine months suspended, probation two years, second charge dismissed.

Francis Pacheco, 49, Lewiston, violating condition of release, criminal restraint on May 2, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years-all but nine months suspended, probation two years, second charge dismissed.

Francis Pacheco, 49, Lewiston, violating condition of release on May 22, found guilty, sentenced to two years-all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

Samuel Rand Paradis, 27, Lewiston, assault, endangering the welfare of a child on March 11, 2011, sentenced to three years-all but six months suspended, probation two years for first charge; sentenced to six months for second charge.

Nicholas Parent, 20, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Jan. 9, found guilty, sentenced to eight days.

Romeo Maurice Parent, 45, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Dec. 13, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to five days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Romeo Maurice Parent, 45, Lewiston, domestic violence assault-priors on May 31, dismissed.

Jamar Patrick, 20, Auburn, obstructing report of crime, domestic violence assault on Feb. 14, dismissed.

Kevin Payette, 21, Mechanic Falls, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 3, 2010, found guilty on second charge, fined $100, first and third charges dismissed.

Michelle Pelletier, 21, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 18, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 96 hours.

Dana M. Pendexter, 30, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 27, 2010, dismissed.

Dana M. Pendexter, 30, Auburn, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 17, dismissed.

Dana M. Pendexter, 30, Auburn, violating condition of release, operating after habitual offender revocation, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 2, sentenced to 30 days each for first and second charges; fined $500 for second charge; fined $400, sentenced to four years-all but six months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $240 for third charge.

Dana M. Pendexter, 30, Auburn, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 19, dismissed.

Jason T. Perkins, 20, Monson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing on Oct. 3, 2010, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Kevin Petersen, 52, Gray, forgery on May 15, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 22 months nine days, probation revoked.

Matthew David Piper, 41, Auburn, domestic violence terrorizing, criminal restraint, domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, violating condition of release on July 22, first, second, third charges dismissed, found guilty on fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 20 days for each.

Jennifer L. Place, 33, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 7, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours, 40 hours community service.

Travis J. Poisson, 32, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on July 8, 2010, sentenced to four years for first charge; sentenced to seven years-all but four years suspended, probation three years, restitution of $2,400 for second charge.

Jeremy Phillip Poole, 24, Lewiston, burglary on July 7, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 16 months, probation partially revoked.

William Powell, 32, Greene, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on Dec. 16, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days, second charge dismissed.

Christina Pratt, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence on May 26, found guilty, fined $800, license suspended 90 days.

Alicia Mary Price, 26, Leeds, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on March 17, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Jonathan Randall, 42, Phippsburg, gross sexual assault, domestic violence assault on April 6, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days-all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.

Michael Randall, 43, Auburn, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on March 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, license suspended 30 days, second charge dismissed.

Angelena Mary Ray, 30, Greene, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 15, 2010, filed with no cost.

Karna Yvonne Reed, 44, Lewiston, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property on April 19, 2011, dismissed.

Gary C. Reynolds Jr., 32, Poland, three counts of unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 24, 2011, Nov. 19, 2011, Dec. 26, 2011, dismissed.

Gary C. Reynolds Jr., 32, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 14, dismissed.

Ryan L. Ridley, 31, Chesterville, arson on March 6, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 43 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brenda Roberts, 23, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Jan. 24, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to four days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Stephanie Ann Roberts, 28, Lewiston, forgery, acquiring drugs by deception on Oct. 18, 2011, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Stephanie Ann Roberts, 28, Lewiston, burglary, violating condition of release, stealing drugs, misuse of identification, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 17, found guilty on first and second charges, not yet sentenced, all other charges dismissed.

Stephanie Ann Roberts, 28, Lewiston, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on Feb. 16, Jan. 7, three counts of burglary on Feb. 16, Jan. 17, violating condition of release on Feb. 16, found guilty on fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth charges, not yet sentenced, all other charges dismissed.

Stephanie Ann Roberts, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Dec. 9, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, not yet sentenced.

Marc M. Robitaille Jr., 28, Kinston, N.C., negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 12, 2008, filed with cost of $100.

Ashley Ross, 22, Minot, assault on Nov. 13, 2011, dismissed.

William N. Rouille, 26, Bridgton, terrorizing on July 9, dismissed.

Robert B. Ryan, 28, Veazie, operating under the influence-one prior, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Dec. 23, 2011, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days, license suspended three years, registration suspended; fined $400, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Danielle Schultz, 28, South Paris, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 9, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days.
