RUMFORD — The following cases have been heard in 11th District Court.
Jeremy D. Belskis, 25, Mexico, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, refusing to submit to arrest of detention, physical force on July 29, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 72 hours in jail.
Thomas Chester Brown, 58, Mexico, violation condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours in jail; second charge dismissed.
Michelle A. Dias, 29, Rumford, criminal trespass on July 28, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Peter J. Spadea, 37, Rumford, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, violating condition of release on July 28, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
