Brann, 30, New Sharon, cultivating marijuana, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, failing to stop for officer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $400.

Joshua Michael Brann, 25, Phillips, domestic violence terrorizing on April 2, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua Michael Brann, 25, Peru, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Nov. 23, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 45 days in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 45 days in jail.

John R. Brennan, 55, Dixfield, violation condition of release on Nov. 3, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Rodney L. Bridges Jr., 21, Farmington Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days in jail.

Rodney L. Bridges, 21, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Jan. 9, permanently transferred to Superior Court.
