Alexander Maier, 21, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 4, 2010, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 3, 2010, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days.
Deanna Male, 20, Auburn, criminal trespassing, violating condition of release on April 8, sent to jury trial.
Richard A. Mannette, 61, Turner, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-up to 1 1/4 ounces on Dec. 9, 2011, dismissed.
Michael C. Marks, 32, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 19, dismissed.
Cami Anne Marshall, 45, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 1, dismissed.
Gerard Martineau, 53, Lewiston, allowing dog to be at large on Jan. 11, offense committed, fined $75.
Alan Mason, 34, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on March 30, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days-all suspended.
Louise D. Mason, 36, Lewiston, operating under the influence-no test on April 15, sent to jury trial.

Sean Mcafee, 24, Topsham, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Jennifer J. Meeks, 40, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 31, found guilty, fined $200.
Philip D. Meeks, 45, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on March 7, probation violation, sentenced to five days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Joshua G. Mercer, 27, Lewiston, misuse of identification, theft by receiving stolen property on June 23, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days for each, restitution of $57.18.

Jamie J. Merrill, 32, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew P. Michaud, 24, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Dec. 11, 2011, found guilty, fined $500.
Darlene Michaud, 45, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March, 22, found guilty, fined $100.
John P. Michaud Sr., 44, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 1, found guilty, fined $250.
Baylyn Mills, 22, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on April 13, found guilty, fined $100.
Steven A. Miner, 45, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., operating under the influence on July 27, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.
Chloe Mitchell, 19, Chatham, N.J., minor giving false age to order liquor, minor consuming liquor on March 9, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $300.

Douglas Monson, 43, Lewiston, failure to comply with sex offender registration act-first offense on April 8, found guilty, fined $250.
Jon R. Moody, 29, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on April 12, sent to jury trial.
Felicia Morasse, 18, Berwick, operating vehicle without license on Feb. 16, found guilty, fined $200.
Carl A. Morin, 48, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 19, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
Nancy A. Morin, 51, Lewiston, protective order from harassment violation on May 1, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.
Adam B. Mott, 37, Greene, violating condition of release on March 26, found guilty, sentenced 14 days.
