LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

William N. Rouille, 26, Bridgton, terrorizing, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on July 10, 2011, dismissed.

Allen Royer, 42, Hazelton, Pa., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 10, 1988, dismissed.

Bob W. Ryder, 22, Lewiston, manslaughter on June 6, 2011, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Jake Simard, 21, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 5, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Jason Smith, 35, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, aggravated criminal trespassing, assault on Oct. 29, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days-all but 117 days suspended, probation nine months; all other charges dismissed.

Kenneth Spiller, 50, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on July 4, 1982, dismissed.

Nataliya V. Springer, 55, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 20, filed with cost of $400.

Harley J. Stanley, 29, Lisbon Falls, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 2, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days.

Jeremy Thomas Steenson, 28, Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Nov. 21, 2011, found guilty, fined $800, license suspended 60 days.

Brian A. Stevens, 27, Poland, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling on June 5, 2011, dismissed.

Sharon Strachan, 55, Hebron, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property on Sept. 15, 2011, filed with cost of $500.

John Strong, 65, Auburn, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on June 12, 2010, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Zachary Surette, 19, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $500.

Jeromy R. Tanguay, 26, Greene, operating under the influence-two priors on March 4, dismissed.

Barry D. Thomas, 52, Portland, operating after habitual offender revocation on July 6, 2010, found guilty, fined $500.

Jeffrey Thompson, 30, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Dec. 9, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Nolan Thompson, 57, Auburn, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Feb. 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800, license suspended 30 days.

Thomas F. Tippie, 62, Auburn, operating under the influence on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $500.

Tiffany Vaillancourt, 20, Lewiston, assault on May 19, 2011, filed with cost of $500.

Stephen M. Versluis Jr., 28, Portland, two counts of assault, disorderly conduct on Nov. 30, 2005, first and second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 59 days.

Scott Violette, 37, Livermore Falls, arson on Feb. 16, 2011, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Andriea Walouk, 52, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended, operating while license suspended or revoked, obstructing government administration on Feb. 3, filed with no cost.

Krystal Westleigh-Paradis, 29, Lewiston, forgery, theft by receiving stolen property-priors on July 8, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to five months for each.

Jonathan David Wine, 26, Ludlow, Mass., burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 2, 2008, dismissed.

Amber Wood, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 10, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Arthur J. Woodbury, 22, Standish, domestic violence assault on Oct. 28, 2011, dismissed.

Anthony Wysocki, 18, Auburn, possession of firearm near school on Nov. 15, 2011, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespassing, burglary on Nov. 14, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days-all but 26 days suspended, probation one year on first, second, and third charges; fourth charge dismissed.
