LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Hailey Robinson, 19, Rumford, violating condition of release on Nov. 24, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Rick James Robinson, 51, Lewiston, violating protective order on Nov. 15, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Rick James Robinson, 51, Lewiston, violating protective order on Dec. 31, 2011, dismissed.

Marc M. Robitaille, 28, Kinston, N.C., negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 12, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Rebecca T. Robitaille, 22, Auburn, failure to register vehicle on Dec. 12, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Luis Rodriguez, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence on March 18, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Heather Ross, 21, New Gloucester, minor consuming liquor on April 14, offense committed, fined $200.

William Rowe, 23, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Oct. 21, 2010, dismissed.

Alan J. Roy, 31, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 18, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to four days.

Jeremy M. Roy, 31, Lewiston, failure to stop-provide information, operating under the influence on Jan. 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,300, license suspended 90 days.

Michael D. Rugar, 40, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 10, dismissed.

Tracye Russell, 46, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 12, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $19.94.

Jon W. Sadowski, 36, Fairport, N.Y., driving to endanger, operating under the influence on March 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Rebecca C. Sale, 20, Stow, Mass., minor consuming liquor, minor giving false age to order liquor on March 9, offense committed on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Rebecca E. Sanders, 26, Litchfield, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on March 19, found guilty, fined $200.

Dawn L. Santin, 39, Auburn, allowing dog to be at large on Jan. 25, offense committed, fined $75.

Colin Schermerhorn, 21, Mendham, Mass., minor consuming liquor on Nov. 17, 2011, dismissed.

Tyler J. Schleich, 20, Lewiston, minor consuming liquor on March 9, fined $200.

Danielle K. Schmidt, 24, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on May 18, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Colton A. Smith, 22, North Monmouth, operating under the influence-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Jan. 14, sent to jury trial.

Ronald P. Searles, 25, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 30, found guilty, sentenced to four days for each; fined $400.

Daniel Shackley, 39, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $500.

Leonard Shanahan, 20, Greene, operating ATV on public way, minor consuming liquor on April 15, offense committed, fined $100; fined $200.

John W. Sharkey, 51, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious, or fraudulent license/ID card on Feb. 8, sent to jury trial.

David Sherwood, 42, Hebron, failure to provide and display registration on Jan. 28, offense committed, fined $100.

Crystal J. Shorey, 49, Sabattus, violation rabies prevention-chapter 720, allowing dog to be at large on March 20, offense committed, fined $50; fined $75.

Brooke Leigh Siprell, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Dec. 28, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours.

Andrew Slicer, 27, Virginia Beach, Va., threatening display of weapon, domestic violence assault on May 1, sent to jury trial.

Christopher Smith, 23, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, second charge dismissed.

Brandon A. Soper, 29, Livermore, attaching false plates on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Joshua Spalding, 30, Lewiston, possession of marijuana-up to 1 1/4 ounces on April 16, offense committed, fined $350.

Joshua St. Amant, 28, Lisbon Falls, criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, domestic violence assault on May 4, sent to jury trial.

Tanner St. Hilaire, 20, Lewiston, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on March 31, found guilty, fined $500.

Brianna L. Staffiere, 22, Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 7, found guilty, 20 hours of community service.

Colleen R. Starbird, 44, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence-no test on April 4, sent to jury trial.

Andrew Starr, 23, Leeds, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Feb. 16, sent to jury trial.

Jessica E. Stedt, 34, Topsham, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Feb. 3, found guilty, fined $500.

Kara E. Stefaniak, 20, Needham, Mass., minor consuming liquor on March 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Kelly Sterns, 45, Dixfield, operating vehicle without license on March 25, dismissed.

Shawn E. Stevens, 23, Mexico, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 9, found guilty on first charge, 60 hours of community service, second charge dismissed.

Abdelfattah Tag, 40, Lewiston, operating under the influence-no test-one prior on March 17, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Matthew E. Taylor, 22, Auburn, possession of marijuana-up to 1 1/4 ounces on Oct. 23, 2011, by default, fined $350.

Stephen Joseph Taylor, 55, Auburn, violating condition of release on Feb. 17, dismissed.

Stephen Joseph Taylor, 55, Auburn, violating condition of release on March 11, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Claire Thomas, 52, Auburn, operating vehicle without license on March 28, found guilty, fined $150.

Darlene V. Thomas, 41, Minot, dog chasing moose, deer, or wild turkey on March 13, offense committed, fined $200.

Joseph A. Thompson, 27, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on July 17, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 110 days, probation partially revoked.

Rebecca L. Thompson, 31, Yarmouth, assault, disorderly conduct-fighting on Feb. 8, sent to jury trial.

Zachary G. Thompson, 24, Lewiston, possession of marijuana-up to 1 1/4 ounces on April 5, offense committed, fined $350.

Joshua P. Tice, 32, Minot, operating after registration suspended on March 4, found guilty, fined $100.
