LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

David E. Keilholtz, 52, Littletown, Pa., rule violation-operation with false duty on May 30, found guilty, fined $750.

Penny Keith, 42, Livermore Falls, three counts of keeping unlicensed dog on May 6, offense committed, fined $50 for each.

Betti Jean Kepner, 51, Lewiston, criminal trespassing on May 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Daryl Francis Kinder, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on June 10, found guilty, fined $500.

Jarryd King, 20, Auburn, minor consuming liquor on June 2, by default, fined $200.

Tina M. Lagasse, 47, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Benjamyn M. Lahey, 24, Monmouth, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Jan. 4, dismissed.

Chelsea D. Landry, 29, Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on May 11, sent to jury trial.

Raymond L. Landry, 22, Auburn, domestic violence assault on May 28, sent to jury trial.

Christian Laplante, 19, Lisbon, minor consuming liquor on March 31, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael R. Laplante, 47, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Oct. 10, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 180 days, probation partially revoked.

Debra Laurinaitis, 42, Minot, obstructing government administration on March 16, found guilty, fined $75.

Stanley W. Laurinaitis III, 43, Minot, two counts of terrorizing, disorderly conduct on March 16, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $250.

Robyn Lawler, 22, Topsham, violating condition of release on May 19, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Brianna Leclair, 20, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Tiffany Leo, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Samantha L. Leonard, 33, Wales, failure to stop, remain, provide information, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, operating under the influence-one prior on July 18, found guilty, sentenced to two days for first charge; fined $500 for second charge; fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years, registration suspended for third charge.

Jamie Lesperance, 37, Greene, operating vehicle without license on April 22, sent to jury trial.

John Levasseur, 44, Wales, domestic violence assault on March 31, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days, probation partially revoked.

Richard C. Leyland, 35, Greene, domestic violence assault on May 26, sent to jury trial.

Monique Libby, 41, Lewiston, theft  by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Christina M. Lipofsky, 33, Sabattus, operating under the influence on June 3, sent to jury trial.

Lawrence G. Lizotte, 44, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Rory R. Lockard, 29, Rumford, violating condition of release on Feb. 12, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

James Arthur Long, 39, Livermore Falls, fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Lauri M. Long, 34, Livermore Falls, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Devan M. Lorrain, 22, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 3, found guilty, 30 hours of community service.

Taylor Lowell, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 7, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Danielle J. Luker, 24, Industry, failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release on Dec. 18, 2010, found guilty, fined $150 for first charge, second charge dismissed.

Edward C. Luoma Jr., 25, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on March 12, filed with no cost.

Joseph I. Martinez, 66, Jay, operating under the influence on April 24, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Gary L. Marsella Jr., 53, Turner, violating condition of release on July 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Corey A. Martel, 35, Minot, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on June 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Joshua Martin, 19, Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on June 11, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 60 days.

Joey G. Masse, 33, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 5, found guilty, fined $400.

Kevin J. Matthews, 23, Canton, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, attaching false plates on Feb. 16, found guilty, fined $500 for first charge, second charge dismissed.

John McKay, 54, Lisbon, operating under the influence-one prior on June 18, sent to jury trial.

Antonio B. McKinney, 25, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, criminal mischief, drinking in public on May 23, dismissed.

Tabatha L. McLaughlin, 27, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 6, found guilty, fined $300.

Darren McLeod, 19, Lewiston, ,theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard McWilliams, 36, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on June 1, sent to jury trial.
