Jennifer R. Poulin, 35, Arundel, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Nov. 8, 2011, found guilty, fined $800.

Randy W. Provencher, 43, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on June 1, found guilty, fined $500.

Stephen A. Pulsifer, 41, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on April 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Deborah S. Purcell, 52, Mechanic Falls, failure to register vehicle on May 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Bobby G. Rand Jr., 20, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release, carrying concealed weapon on July 23, found guilty, fined $400 for first charge; sentenced to 48 hours each for second and third charges.

Douglass Scott Rawlinson, 48, Carthage, operating under the influence, failure to register vehicle on May 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days, second charge dismissed.

Jason R. Reckards, 32, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 20, 2010, filed with cost.

Matthew E. Ricard, 20, Monmouth, operating vehicle without license on April 12, found guilty, fined $150.

Nichole Richard, 28, Jay, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on April 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Tristan L. Ridlon, 27, Vienna, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on March 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days, second charge dismissed.

William A. Riley II, 53, Raymond, operating under the influence on June 2, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Amanda Marie Rioux, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence on May 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Luis Rodriguez, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on May 26, sent to jury trial.

Daniel T. Roose, 31, New York, N.Y., criminal trespassing on May 27, sent to jury trial.

George H. Ross, 56, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault on June 9, sent to jury trial.

Judith Ellen Rowe, 55, Lisbon Falls, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct on July 9, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, not yet sentenced.

Brian M. Ryerson, 40, Auburn, operating while licence suspended or revoked-one prior on Feb. 8, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days.

Saynab H. Said, 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 25, dismissed.

Simone Sanzone, 18, Auburn, minor consuming liquor on May 25, offense committed, fined $200.

Jessica L. Saucier, 28, Auburn, violating condition of release, disorderly conduct-loud noise-private place on July 2, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours for each.

Samuel R. Schaab, 34, West Gardiner, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 19, filed with cost.

Steven G. Scott, 57, Lewiston, operating under the influence-one prior on May 6, sent to jury trial.

Scott E. Seger, 20, Lewiston, carrying concealed weapon on July 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Kathleen A. Serkins, 44, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $400.

Marlon J. Service, 35, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Feb. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael Sevey, 34, Skowhegan, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, second charge dismissed.

Walton Patrick Shattuck, 56, Lewiston, indecent conduct on March 11, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Walton Patrick Shattuck, 56, Lewiston, violating condition of release, indecent conduct on July 6, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days for each.

Sally A. Shaw, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 29, found guilty, fined $200, restitution of $55.45.
