LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on April 19, dismissed.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, violating condition of release on May 11, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, assault on Nov. 30, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 19, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days, restitution of $450.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 30, 2011, dismissed.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Feb. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days for each.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Feb. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days for each.

Kulmiye Idris, 23, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on April 10, dismissed.

Roy Ingalls Jr., 47, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on July 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Darrell Jackson, 36, Boston, Mass., operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on April 11, 2010, found guilty, fined $500.

Devin Jackson, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana-1¼ ounces to 2½ ounces on April 10, by default, fined $350.

Kara E. Jacques, 25, Bryant Pond, criminal trespassing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 22, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, restitution of $214.83, 40 hours community service.

Laura Jean Jenkins, 43, Westbrook, assault on Aug. 25, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Eric L. Johnson, 27, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, sent to jury trial.

Matthew Ryan Johnson, 25, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence-one prior on April 8, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $800, sentenced to 90 days-all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Tyron Jones, 32, Auburn, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on July 5, offense committed, fined $350.

Erik Jordan, 21, Auburn, criminal mischief on May 13, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $500.

Tammy L. Jordan, 46, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 24, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Wanda Jordan, 45, Lewiston, assault on June 7, sent to jury trial.

Pierre J. Joseph-Calhoun, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 16, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Jessie Judd, 27, Lewiston, engaging in prostitution, violating condition of release on Aug. 29, found guilty for each, fined $250; sentenced to two days.

Herbert King, 50, Sabattus, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on April 12, offense committed, fined $350.

Jeremy Klar, 21, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on May 27, sent to jury trial.

Mac L. Krauthamer, 25, Freeport, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on May 24, offense committed, fined $350.

Jessica L. Kuvaja, 30, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 23, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Jessica L. Kuvaja, 30, Lewiston, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 10, found guilty, sentenced to seven days for each.

Miciel R. Lagrange, 21, Lewiston, criminal mischief on July 3, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $150.

Scott R. Laliberte, 32, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 29, offense committed, fined $300.

Chelsea D. Landry, 29, Litchfield, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on June 14, dismissed.

James C. Lavertu, 33, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault on July 24, dismissed.

Nicole L. Laviolette, 29, Lisbon, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 3, by default, fined $300.

Renee R. Levoie, 35, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery on Aug. 21, 2011, dismissed.

Wendy M. Lea, 38, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 20, found guilty, fined $300.
