LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Cassidy Pelchat, 21, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel Pelletier, 20, East Poland, minor consuming liquor on May 13, offense committed, fined $200.

Karen Pelletier, 45, Lisbon, negotiating a worthless instrument on June 9, 2011, filed with no cost.

James E. Person, 48, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on March 27, probation violation, sentenced to seven days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ellery N. Phillips Sr., 70, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 18, filed with no cost.

Paul Phinney, 45, Poland, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on April 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Paul Phinney, 45, Poland, domestic violence criminal threatening on June 10, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days-all suspended, probation two years.

Clifford Pierre, 32, Hyde Park, Mass., possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on May 14, offense committed, fined $350.

Nicholas J. Plourde, 25, Lisbon, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 10, sent to jury trial.

Erica Poland, 30, Livermore Falls, four counts of keeping unlicensed dog on May 2, offense committed, fined $50 on one count; fined $50-suspended $50 on three counts.

Frank Pomerleau, 19, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 2, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Ronald Porter II, 50, Auburn, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on April 16, offense committed, fined $350.

William M. Posik Jr., 19, Turner, criminal trespassing on May 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony Post, 19, Auburn, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on March 18, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Travis Poulin-Adams, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 8, found guilty, restitution of $4, 40 hours community service.

Christina L. Pratt, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence on May 26, sent to jury trial.

Mackenzie Pride, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 19, filed with cost.

Jonathan M. Proctor, 25, Lewiston, criminal attempt on May 11, sent to jury trial.

Scott Douglas Proffenno, 45, Freeport, assault on May 4, sent to jury trial.

Leigh M. Propst, 41, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 17, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500, 100 hours community service.

Lisa M. Puiia, 24, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Luz M. Quezda, 55, Turner, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on May 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Kevin R. Rankin, 23, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle on April 15, found guilty, fined $150.

Alyssa G. Raubeson, 19, Auburn, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Feb. 19, filed with no cost.

Theresa C. Raymond, 20, Turner, criminal trespassing on May 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Willie Rembert, 38, Lewiston, domestic violence terrorizing on Feb. 19, sent to jury trial.

Deborah Richards, 51, Livermore Falls, keeping unlicensed dog on May 2, offense committed, fined $50.

Heather V. Santomango, 19, Sabattus, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 29, offense committed on first charge, fined $350, second charge dismissed.

Tanya A. Santos, 46, Topsham, failing to make oral or written accident report, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 24, 2011, found guilty, fined $250-suspended $250 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Amy M. Saucier, 36, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on April 18, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Erin O'Brian Schneider, 32, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 6, found guilty, fined $400.

Danielle Schultz, 28, South Paris, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 9, sent to jury trial.

Ronald P. Searles, 26, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Dec. 19, 2011, sent to jury trial.

Sally A. Shaw, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew G. Sheloske, 24, Minot, sledding and skating regulations on April 22 (a violation of Lewiston City Ordinance 66-13 that prohibits sledding or skating on sidewalks and streets), by default, fined $50.

Amy N. Small, 22, Lisbon, violating condition of release, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, sent to jury trial.

Amber B. Smith, 27, Sabattus, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 25, 2011, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to seven days, restitution of $120.

David W. Smith, 39, Auburn, disorderly conduct, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening on Jan. 22, 2011, found guilty on first charge, not yet sentenced, second and third charges dismissed.

David W. Smith, 39, Auburn, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on March 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Jason Smith, 29, South Portland, terrorizing on Sept. 14, 2011, dismissed.

Jen Smith, 37, Livermore Falls, keeping unlicensed dog on May 2, by default, fined $50.

Jeremy A. Smith, 33, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on May 6, found guilty, fined $500.

Irvin A. Soper, 54, Livermore, failure to register vehicle on April 9, found guilty, fined $100.

David S. Spugnardi, 48, Sumner, failure to register vehicle, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on March 1, filed with cost.
