Muriah A. St. Amant, 29, Auburn, failure to stop, remain, provide information on May 3, found guilty, fined $300.

Jason St. Pierre, 34, Turner, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on April 1, found guilty, fined $125.

Donald G. Stanley Jr., 34, Lisbon Falls, violating condition of release on June 13, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Branden Ray Staples, 25, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Sept. 15, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 130 days, probation partially revoked.

Vincent Stark, 61, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force on April 2, dismissed.

Andrew Stonehouse, 48, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 13, dismissed.

Damon Tyrell Stroud, 34, Westbrook, failing to make oral or written accident report, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license on May 12, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second and third charges, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; fined $150-suspended $150.

Shane Sturgeon, 25, West Paris, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on April 26, 2011, by default, fined $350.

Pamela M. Swan, 33, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 28, found guilty, fined $200.

Cassandra E. Rogers, 30, Lisbon Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 14, by default, fined $300.

David Rosebush, 25, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child on March 3, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days-all suspended, probation one year.

Heather Ross, 21, New Gloucester, minor consuming liquor on April 14, offense committed, fined $200.

John S. Russ, 49, Phoenix, N.Y., rule violation-operating without duty record on March 29, found guilty, fined $500.

Angelique Y. Saindon, 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Feb. 6, 2011, found guilty, fined $500.

Abdullah Saleem, 54, Lewiston, misuse of identification, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 9, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $200, sentenced to 14 days, restitution of $750.

George S. Salisbury, 49, Greene, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 28, 2011, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $109.50.

Adam L. Sanborn, 30, South Paris, domestic violence assault on July 9, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Eric B. Richardson, 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Oct. 21, 2010, found guilty, fined $250.

Kelvin Richardson, 45, Dorchester, Mass., operating under the influence on April 24, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Anthony G. Ricks, 50, Compton, Calif., rule violation-duty status not current on April 12, found guilty, fined $250.

William Rideout, 38, Augusta, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Aug. 27, 2011, offense committed, fined $350.

Kevin Ridge, 39, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-fighting on March 17, found guilty, fined $300-suspended $200.

James T. Robertson, 23, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 30, 2011, sent to jury trial.

Joshua P. Robichaud, 37, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 26, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Marc R. Robichaud, 36, Lewiston, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 15, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $250-suspended $250; fined $250, restitution of $240, third charge dismissed.

John Robinson, 74, Turner, causing death of person while committing traffic infraction on Aug. 17, 2011, dismissed.

Faisal M. Tahlil, 19, Lewiston, misuse of identification on Dec. 15, 2011, found guilty, fined $150.

Phillip C. Tapley, 19, Lisbon Falls, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 10, sent to jury trial.

Phillip C. Tapley, 19, Lewiston, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on May 30, offense committed, fined $350.

Jacob A. Taylor, 20, Farmington, minor consuming liquor on Feb. 5, offense committed, fined $200.

Nicole L. Tewksbury, 22, Mechanic Falls, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop on Oct. 29, 2011, found guilty, 10 hours community service.

Luke R. Thiboutot, 68, Topsham, operating/permitting operating no ID/validation displayed on April 21, offense committed, fined $100.

Edward G. Tierney, 32, Auburn, domestic violence assault on May 3, sent to jury trial.

Adam M. Tobey, 22, Auburn, violating protective order on Feb. 2, filed with no cost.

Christine Towns, 33, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 25, found guilty, fined $250.
