Samater Ali, 21, Portland, minor consuming liquor on Sept. 15, 2012, offense committed, fined $200.

Joseph Michael Allen, 34, Saugas, Mass., fugitive from justice on Nov. 20, 2012, dismissed.

Anthony Alon, 31, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Nov. 17, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days, all but two days suspended, probation one year.
Lauren Ashley Arnold, 21, Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.
Shawn M. Ashley, 22, Auburn, violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force on Nov. 2, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to two days for each.
Lorraine E. Aubut, 76, South Portland, failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury on Oct. 3, 2012, sent to jury trial.
Lewis Bailey, 36, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 23, 2012, sent to jury trial.
Samuel Edward Baillargeon, 23, Chelsea, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on May 2, 2012, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days, all suspended, probation one year, second charge dismissed.
Adam N. Barnes-Neal, 19, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 28, 2012, offense committed, fined $300.
Nathan H. Barnett, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Sept. 19, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days.
Derek L. Bates, 19, Turner, minor transporting liquor on Sept. 29, 2012, by default, fined $200, license suspended 30 days.
Nicole L. Beaucage, 28, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 25, 2010, not yet sentenced.
Nathan Begin, 23, Sabattus, cultivating marijuana on Aug. 13, 2012, found guilty, fined $400.
Kristopher D. Belanger, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Oct. 7, 2012, found guilty, fined $500.
John Francis Bell, 49, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Sept. 15, 2012, sent to jury trial.
Wendy Bergeron, 36, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 26, 2012, dismissed.
Tracey D. Bernier, 40, Bowdoin, failure to stop all terrain vehicle, operating ATV to endanger, operating ATV under the influence on July 1, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to two days for each; fined $400 for second charge.
Tracey Dennis Bernier, 40, Bowdoin, operating ATV on public way on July 1, 2012, offense committed, fined $100.
Brandy L. Bickford, 25, Mechanic Falls, disorderly conduct-fighting on Sept. 15, 2012, found guilty, fined $75, 20 hours of community service.
Abdi Haybe Bihi, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release, disorderly conduct-loud noise-private place on Oct. 5, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to four days for each.
Abdi Haybe Bihi, 33, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, indecent conduct, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 16, 2012, found guilty on first and third charges, sentenced to four days for each, all other charges dismissed.
Aaron C. Billon, 27, Harrison, violating condition of release on Oct. 13, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to two days.
Jason Carl Bishop, 33, Lewiston, allowing dog to be at large on Aug. 8, 2012, dismissed.
Vance Blair, 50, Canton, domestic violence terrorizing, violating condition of release on Sept. 6, 2012, dismissed.
Vance A. Blair, 50, Livermore Falls, domestic violence terrorizing on Aug. 18, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days, all but two days suspended, probation one year.

Rene Blais, 53, Auburn, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, 2011, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $300.
Ryan E. Blais, 22, Lewiston, criminal trespassing on July 20, 2012, found guilty, fined $75.
Brian J. Blanchard, 32, Dover-Foxcroft, domestic violence assault on Jan. 29, 2011, probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Eric G. Boilard, 40, Scarborough, operating vehicle without license on July 2, 2012, found guilty, fined $150.
Heather Y. Boisvert, 26, Lewiston, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Oct. 21, 2012, found guilty, fined $250.
Troy R. Boucher, 23, Auburn, failure to register vehicle on June 12, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.
William J. Boucher Jr., 55, Auburn, assault on Sept. 14, 2012, found guilty, fined $300.

Troy Orlando Brisbane, 47, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on Sept. 14, 2012, sent to jury trial.
