LEWISTON — A surprise party was held at 5 p.m. on Oct. 6 for Germain and Pauline Poulin of Lewiston, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The gathering was held at Pelletier Banquet at CJ Hall in Lewiston, and party hosts were their four daughters, Theresa Nappi, Michelle Dewitt, Danielle Nemeth and Kristine Perron. Decorations were in black and white trimming.
Mr. Poulin and the former Pauline LeMay were married on Oct. 27, 1962, at Holy Cross Church in Lewiston. Their children are Theresa Poulin Nappi, Michelle Poulin Dewitt, Danielle Poulin Nemeth and Kristine Poulin Perron.
They also have six grandchildren, David Moore, Stefanie Moore, Mitchell Nemeth, Jamie Nemeth, Allison Perron and Dyllan Perron.
Mrs. Poulin is retired from Tambrands and Mr. Poulin is a retired brick layer mason.
Approximately 80 guests attended from Canada, Ohio, New Hampshire and Maine areas.
