CANTON — Charlotte M. Fenwick, 95, of New Vineyard, died on Feb. 3, at the Victorian Villa Rehab and Living Center.
She was born March 25, 1916, in New Vineyard, the daughter of Dana and Nellie Phinney Parlin. She was educated in the schools of New Vineyard and North Anson.
She worked for Truitt Bros Shoe in Belfast for several years, then for Farmington Shoe for many years and for five years for Bass Shoe Co in Wilton. She also worked at Fred O. Smith Manufacturing Co. in New Vineyard for five years. She retired in 1986. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, knitting and canning.
She is survived by six sons, Travis Fenwick of Belmont, Earl Fenwick of Florida, Ted Fenwick of Florida, Talma Fenwick of Missouri, Terry Fenwick of Texas, and Tellis Fenwick of Kingfield; 17 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Nickerson.
