LEWISTON — Clara M. Parker of Sabattus, passed away Thursday, June 28.

She was born born April 20, 1929, in Durham, daughter of Florence Leavitt and Carroll Pulk. She owned and ran her own business “Parker's Boarding Home” in Sabattus for many years.

She loved fishing, camping, knitting, crocheting, playing bingo and loved to travel.

She leaves behind six daughters, Susan Collins and her companion, Paul Parent, Stella LaPoint of Lewiston, Linda Cook of Hebron, Stanlene and Robert Scott of Sabattus, Janice and Leo LaFrance of Auburn and Lois and Michael Crowley of Mechanic Falls; a self-adopted daughter, Jeannine Jones; two brothers, George and Anne Pulk and Donald Pulk of Arizona; 23 grandchildren; and many great and great-great-grandchildren.
