AUBURN — David Nason Shields, 49, died Oct. 4, in Auburn.
He was born in Lewiston, Dec. 16, 1963, the son of Daniel R. and Barbara A. (Lynch) Shields.
He was educated in Auburn schools and graduated from Northeastern University in 1986. He worked in Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, until moving to Utah, where he has lived for the past 14 years.
David is survived by his father, Dr. Daniel R. Shields and stepmother, Marlene, of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Industry; a brother, Dr. Steven J. Shields and wife, Amy, of Medfield, Mass.; a sister, Sally S. Thees of Roseland, N..J; a half-brother, John D. Shields and wife, Anne, of Boston; and seven nieces and nephews.
David was predeceased by his mother, Barbara.
