NORWAY — Donald E. Lovell Sr., 72, of Norway, died Monday, Nov. 19, at his home.
He was born in Starks, April 7, 1940, the son of Leo and Audrey Crocker Lovell. He had been employed as a truck driver for C.N. Brown, as well as being a woodsman and doing car maintenance. He married Delene Foss. He enjoyed auto racing and baseball.
He is survived by his children, daughter, Dorothy and Darrin Guimond of Wyoming, daughter, Audrey and Edward Coolidge of Norway, son, Gilbert Lovell and his partner, Sharon of Portland, daughter, Donna and Robert Johnson of North Norway, son, Donald Lovell Jr. and his wife, Janet of Norway, daughter, Cathy Bernard of Lewiston and son, Christopher Lovell of Norway; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; two sisters; and three brothers.
He was predeceased by his wife, Delene; two daughters, Cornielle and Bonnie; his parents; three brothers, Lloyd, Danny and Larry; and a grandson, Jason.
