* Wilfred E. Buck, 58, of Rumford, on domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime and failure to submit to arrest or detention, 6 a.m. Dec. 5 on Waldo Street in Rumford by the Rumford Police Department.
* Leroy C. Leonard, 34, of Rumford, on violation of bail condition, 6 a.m. Dec. 5 on Waldo Street in Rumford by the Rumford Police Department.
* Shawn R. Liggetto, 27, of Rumford, on four counts of failure to pay fines, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 5 on Maine Avenue in Rumford by the Rumford Police Department.
* Weldon C. Poland, 29, of Paris, on failure to appear, 8 p.m. Dec. 5 on Oak Street in Paris by the Paris Police Department.
