Officer Robert Federico II of the Norway Police Department speaks to Antonia Hoffler, 62, of Harrison, after an accident Friday on Route 117. Federico said Hoffler rear-ended a pickup driven by Vincent Freeman, 48, of Turner, an employee of K and K Excavation. Freeman, who was working on Route 117, had stopped. Freeman and his passenger, Brandon Brown, 26, of Bethel, were unharmed and the truck had minimal damage. Hoffler and her passenger, Morris Hoffler, 71, weren't seriously injured and refused transport to the hospital. Their Hyundai SUV had to be towed.
