OTISFIELD — A sewing and craft group has been formed in town. The group meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon.
Interested participants are asked to bring their knitting, mending, quilting, sewing or craft project, or just come for the company or to get motivated to join in a project.
The group will meet Feb. 8 at the Community of the Resurrection, 205 Poplar Ridge Road and on Feb. 22 at the United Methodist Church in Bolsters Mills. Organizers said they are grateful to those hosting meeting sites.
For more information on either event, contact volunteer coordinator Elaine Doble-Verrill at 539-4846 or email: doblever@myfairpoint.net
