PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County Jail:
Wesley J. Coffin, 40, of Lewiston, on charges of operating under the influence of intoxicants and violation of bail conditions, 10:05 p.m. Nov. 9 on Route 26 in West Paris by Maine State Police.
Donald V. Ingerson, 18, of Rumford, on charges of failure to appear and failure to pay fines, 5:15 a.m. Nov. 11 at Hannaford Supermarket in Oxford by Oxford Police Department.
Michael Allen Kimball, 19, of Brownfield, on a charge of failure to pay fines, 5:22 p.m. Nov. 11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police Department.
Norbert Armand Thibault, 49, of Sumner, on charges of assault, criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime, 1:50 a.m. Nov. 10 in Sumner by Paris Police Department.
Samantha Marie Burns, 22, of Bartlett, NH, on being a fugitive from justice, 11:54 p.m. Nov. 12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police Department.
Derek Goode, 28, Fryeburg, on charges of being a fugitive from justice, failure to submit to arrest, violation of bail condition and violation of a protective order, 12:28 a.m. Nov. 13 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police Department.
