Heather Marie Buotte, 27, of Andover, of a charge of failure to pay fines, 8:30 a.m. Nov. 18 in Andover, by Rumford police.
Leung Sing Hung, 60, of Randolph, on a charge of operating under the influence, 3:36 a.m. Nov. 18, Main Street, Oxford, by Oxford police.
Benjamin A. Matthews, 24, of Rumford, on charge of violation of bail conditions, 11:17 a.m. Nov. 16, in Rumford, by Rumford police.
John W. May, 25, of Otisfield, on a charge of domestic violence assault, 3:30 p.m. Nov. 18 in Otisfield, by Oxford police.
Amanda L. Sharkey, 36, of Rumford, on a charge of failure to appear, 6:21 p.m. Nov. 18 in Mexico, by Mexico police.
Norbert Arman Thibault, 49, of Sumner, on a charge of violating bail conditions, 10:30 a.m. Nov. 18 in Peru, by Norway police.
Joshua J. Wormwood, 32, of Oxford, on a charge hunting under the influence, 6:11 p.m. Nov. 17 in Oxford, by Maine Warden Service.
